AN ACT INCREASING THE INVESTIGATORY PERSONNEL OF THE
STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-7a of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Elections Enforcement Commission to add four full-time 2
investigators and two full-time staff attorneys as investigatory 3
personnel. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To add four full-time investigators and two full-time staff attorneys to
the State Elections Enforcement Commission as investigatory personnel.
