1820 AN ACT CONCERNING INSTRUCTORS FOR AN AIRFRAME AND
1921 POWERPLANT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM.
2022 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2325 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2025) The Connecticut Technical 1
2426 Education and Career System shall permit any person to be an instructor 2
2527 for an airframe and powerplant certificate program operated by said 3
2628 system who (1) meets the requirements specified in 14 CFR 147.19, and 4
2729 (2) if such person holds an airframe and powerplant certificate, has not 5
2830 less than ten years of experience as an aerospace technician. Nothing in 6
2931 this section shall be construed to require a person to hold any 7
3032 certification or endorsement from the Department of Education to be an 8
3133 instructor for an airframe and powerplant certificate program. 9
3234 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
