AN ACT FUNDING JOURNALISM FELLOWSHIPS FOR GRADUATES
OF PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish and fund not fewer 1
than twelve fellowship positions in local newsrooms for recent 2
graduates of journalism programs at public institutions of higher 3
education. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish and fund not fewer than twelve fellowship positions in local
newsrooms for recent graduates of journalism programs at public
institutions of higher education.
