| 28 | 28 | establish criteria for qualifying as a Safety Net HUSKY dental provider, 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | (3) evaluate the potential impact of recognizing Safety Net HUSKY 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | dental providers on access to dental services for HUSKY Health 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | program enrollees, (4) assess the financial implications of establishing 7 | |
