AN ACT RESTORING 2016 MEDICAID PAYMENT RATES FOR
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the 2016 Medicaid payment rates for medication administration 1
be restored to ensure that providers who administer medication are 2
adequately compensated and patients who receive care at home can 3
continue to receive high-quality care. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure adequate Medicaid payment rates for medication
administration.
