AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID RATES FOR CUSTOM ORTHOTICS
AND PROSTHETIC DEVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That Medicaid rates of payment for custom orthotics and prosthetic 1
devices be increased to help provide persons with disabilities with 2
quality medical equipment to improve the quality of their lives. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To assist persons with disabilities to have an improved quality of life
with custom orthotic and prosthetic devices.
