AN ACT REQUIRING STATE -FUNDED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES 
PROVIDERS TO FILE A LEGISLATIVE REPORT ON SERVICES 
PROVIDED AND ANY REPORTS OF SEXUAL ABUSE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require any family 1 
planning services provider that receives funding provided or 2 
administered by the state to file a report with the joint standing 3 
committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 4 
relating to human services on (1) the number and type of services 5 
provided, and (2) any reports of sexual abuse reported to or by such 6 
provider involving a patient provided state-funded services. 7 
Statement of Purpose:   
To require family planning services providers that receive state funding 
to submit information detailing the services they provide and any 
incidents of sexual abuse reported by or to such provider involving a 
patient provided state-funded care.
