AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR HOUSING TO STATE -
RECOGNIZED TRIBES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Housing, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, 2
to provide funds to state-recognized tribes for housing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funds for housing to state-recognized tribes.
