AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING TO CONDUCT
A STUDY TO DETERMINE THE NEED FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Housing be required to conduct a study to 1
determine the need for affordable housing without including 2
undocumented immigrants in the determination of such need for 3
affordable housing. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Housing to conduct a study to determine
the need for affordable housing without including undocumented
immigrants.
