1818 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR THE CONVERSION OF
1919 VACANT COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS TO RESIDENTIAL

2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2424 That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1
2525 owners who convert vacant commercial buildings into residential 2
2626 developments, provided twenty-five per cent of all proposed dwelling 3
2727 units are affordable housing dwelling units. 4
