| 25 | 25 | That section 14-112 of the general statutes be amended to: (1) Increase 1 | |
| 26 | 26 | the minimum amount of financial responsibility coverage required for 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | motor vehicles to one hundred thousand dollars for any one person and 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | three hundred thousand dollars for more than one person, on account 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | of any accident; and (2) require that any automobile liability insurance 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | policy contain not less than five thousand dollars in medical payment 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | coverage, provided such medical payment coverage may be waived if 7 | |
| 32 | 32 | the policyholder provides proof of health insurance coverage. 8 | |
