AN ACT ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR INSURANCE
COMPANIES TO TERMINATE COVERAGE OR ADJUST PREMIUMS
FOR INSPECTION VIOLATIONS AT CHILD DAY CARE CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a rubric standard 1
for the ability of insurance companies to terminate coverage or adjust 2
premiums at any child day care center based on inspection violations by 3
such child day care center. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a rubric standard for the ability of insurance companies to
terminate coverage or adjust premiums at any child day care center
based on inspection violations by such child day care center.
