AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR THE MEDIATION
OF CONDOMINIUM-RELATED DISPUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 801a of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
program within the Probate Court system for the mediation of disputes 2
that arise between condominium unit owners and associations. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a program within the Probate Court system for the
mediation of disputes that arise between condominium unit owners and
associations.
