AN ACT REDUCING THE FILING FEE FOR ANNUAL REPORTS FILED
BY CERTAIN BUSINESS ENTITIES WITH THE OFFICE OF THE
SECRETARY OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 34 of the general statutes be amended to lower the filing fee 1
for annual reports filed by certain business entities from eighty dollars 2
per year to forty dollars per year. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To assist small businesses by decreasing the amount of the fee for filing
annual business reports with the Office of the Secretary of the State from
eighty dollars to forty dollars.
