25 | 25 | cause of action in the Superior Court against the State of Connecticut 2 | |
26 | 26 | for: (1) Actual damages for injuries or illness caused by a vaccination or 3 | |
27 | 27 | medicinal treatment program if the state required students at a school 4 | |
28 | 28 | or institution of higher education in this state to receive such vaccination 5 | |
29 | 29 | or medicinal treatment program as a condition of school admission; and 6 | |
30 | 30 | (2) punitive damages, if the state knowingly requires the vaccination or 7 | |
31 | 31 | medicinal treatment without confirming its safety based on publicly 8 | |
32 | 32 | available medical testing and documentation. 9 | |
