AN ACT INCREASING THE PER -CHILD FOSTER CARE
MAINTENANCE PAYMENT RATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to increase the per-1
child foster care maintenance payment rate to one thousand one 2
hundred dollars per month. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the per-child foster care maintenance payment rate to one
thousand one hundred dollars per month.
