AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUED FUNDING SUPPORT FOR THE
GOVERNOR'S FOOT GUARDS AND HORSE GUARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Office of Policy 1
and Management, from the General Fund, for the fiscal years ending 2
June 30, 2026, June 30, 2027, and each fiscal year thereafter, for the first 3
and second companies Governor's Foot Guards and Horse Guards and 4
for maintenance of the property in the town of Avon where the 5
Governor's Horse Guards' headquarters is located. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To preserve the Governor's Foot Guards and Horse Guards and the
property where the Governor's Horse Guards' headquarters is located
in the town of Avon.
