AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF BIOSOLIDS BY FARMERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to study the requisite process 1
for the conversion of biosolids into fertile soils for use by farmers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To study the conversion of biosolids into fertile soils for use by farmers.
