AN ACT CONCERNING A REGISTRATION SYSTEM FOR SERVICE
AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Agriculture to establish a registration system for service and emotional 2
support animals that includes the issuance of an identification card for 3
such animals and a photograph of such animals. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a registration system for service animals and emotional
support animals.
