AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF HERBICIDES, PESTICIDES AND
CERTAIN FERTILIZERS IN WATERSHED AREAS AND NEAR BODIES
OF WATER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of 1
herbicides, pesticides and certain fertilizers in watershed areas and near 2
bodies of water. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce certain pollution from herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers in
watershed areas and near bodies of water.
