AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIOR CITIZENS FROM FISHING LICENSE
FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt senior citizens from 1
recreational fresh water and saltwater fishing license fees. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance recreational opportunities for senior citizens.
