AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF DOGS, CATS AND RABBITS IN
PET STORES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale of dogs, cats 1
and rabbits in pet stores. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the health and safety of dogs, cats and rabbits.
