AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PERSONAL INCOME TAX CREDIT FOR
HOMEOWNERS WHO CONVERT THEIR LAWN INTO A WILDFLOWER
MEADOW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a personal income 1
tax credit for homeowners who convert their lawns into wildflower 2
meadows. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a tax credit for wildflower meadow cultivation.
