Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of steel-jaw 1
leghold traps on bodies of water. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of steel-jaw leghold traps on bodies of water.
