AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CLIMATE
CHANGE SUPERFUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a climate change 1
superfund that is funded by costs recovered from companies that have 2
contributed significantly to climate change and that is used for the 3
purpose of funding climate mitigation, resiliency and adaptation 4
projects. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To fund climate mitigation, resiliency and adaptation projects.
