| 29 | 29 | | Connecticut Siting Council to (1) consider the testimony of any witness 2 |

| 30 | 30 | | and of the chief executive officer of the municipality in which a 3 |

| 31 | 31 | | proposed facility is to be developed, (2) be bound by the approval, 4 |

| 32 | 32 | | disapproval or imposition of conditions by the chief executive officer of 5 |

| 33 | 33 | | the municipality in which a solar photovoltaic system with a generating 6 |

| 34 | 34 | | capacity greater than one megawatt is proposed if such proposed 7 |
