Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study allowing municipalities to 1
convert biosolids into energy through the process of anaerobic 2
digestion. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create a task force to study converting biosolids into energy.
