AN ACT LIMITING THE PROJECTS ELIGIBLE FOR GRANTS FROM
THE SMALL TOWN ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4-66g of the general statutes be amended to limit grants 1
from the small town economic assistance program to only those projects 2
necessary to maintain public health and safety and for critical 3
infrastructure. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To limit grants from the small town economic assistance program to
only those projects necessary to maintain public health and safety and
for critical infrastructure.
