AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCLUSION OF THE STATE'S TAX
EXPENDITURES AS A CONSIDERATION OF THE FISCAL CONTROLS
OF THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to include the state's tax 1
expenditures as a consideration of the fiscal controls of the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To include the state's tax expenditures as a consideration of the fiscal
controls of the state.
