AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPALITIES ELIGIBLE TO PROPOSE
PROJECTS FOR CONSIDERATION BY THE COMMUNITY
INVESTMENT FUND 2030 BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 32-285a of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
municipalities with an economically distressed census tract located 2
within such municipality to propose eligible projects for consideration 3
by the Community Investment Fund 2030 Board under the provisions 4
of said section. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities with an economically distressed census tract
located within such municipality to propose eligible projects for
consideration by the Community Investment Fund 2030 Board.
