| 25 | 25 | To require the Commissioner of Social Services to (1) study the 1 | |
| 26 | 26 | administration, oversight and outcomes of state-administered home- 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | care programs, (2) compensate family caregivers, including spouses, 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | who provide personal care assistance services in the state-funded 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | portion of the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly, (3) collect 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | and report on data regarding adult family living services in the state, 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | and (4) develop and implement a marketing campaign to promote adult 7 | |
| 32 | 32 | family living services. 8 | |

| 34 | 34 | To improve home-care services in the state, allow more senior citizens | |
