AN ACT EXPANDING THE OPEN CHOICE VOUCHER PILOT
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That special act 21-26 be amended to expand the Open Choice 1
Voucher pilot program to permit all students and families residing in 2
participating districts to participate in said program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the Open Choice Voucher pilot program.
