AN ACT CONCERNING TRAFFIC SAFETY ENFORCEMENT AND
CERTAIN CRIMINAL OFFENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the dismissing or 1
lessening of charges concerning offenses related to driving at an 2
excessive speed, illegal firearms, reckless driving and stolen cars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the dismissing or lessening of charges concerning offenses
related to driving at an excessive speed, illegal firearms, reckless driving
and stolen cars.
