Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to allow judicial 1 review of probation sentences after five years of successful completion 2 and for a reduction or termination of probation after a hearing and for 3 good cause shown. 4 Statement of Purpose: To allow judicial review to terminate or reduce probation for those with mandatory probation sentences after five years of successfully completed supervision.
