AN ACT CONCERNING VICTIM COMPENSATION IN THE CASE OF
CRIMES COMMITTED BY UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a victim 1
compensation fund available for victims of violent crimes perpetrated 2
by undocumented immigrants. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a victim compensation fund for victims of crimes
committed by undocumented immigrants.
