AN ACT CONCERNING OVERCHARGING BY CORRECTIONAL
FACILITY COMMISSARIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 18 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
overcharging of incarcerated persons by commissaries. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit overcharging of incarcerated persons and their families by
commissaries.
