AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR CRIMES
COMMITTED AGAINST THE ELDERLY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 54-193 of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1
statute of limitations for the prosecution of crimes committed against 2
the elderly. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the statute of limitations for the prosecution of crimes
committed against the elderly.
