AN ACT ENHANCING INTERVENTIONAL SERVICE IN THE CASE OF
REPEAT JUVENILE OFFENDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require enhanced 1
interventional service in cases where a juvenile is repeatedly convicted 2
of the same crime. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure accountability and early intervention in cases of repeat
juvenile offenders.
