AN ACT REQUIRING EMPLOYERS TO DISPLAY A POSTER
CONTAINING INFORMATION ON VETERANS' BENEFITS AND
SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2025) Each employer shall 1
display a poster in a conspicuous place, accessible to employees, at the 2
employer's place of business that contains information regarding 3
benefits and services available to veterans in the state. The Labor 4
Commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Veterans 5
Affairs, shall, within available appropriations, create a model of such 6
poster and make such model available to all employers on the Labor 7
Department's Internet web site. 8
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
