AN ACT EXEMPTING LOCAL OR REGIONAL BOARDS OF
EDUCATION FROM THE PAID SICK LEAVE STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 31-57r of the general statutes be amended to exempt local 1
or regional boards of education from the provisions of the paid sick 2
leave statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt local or regional boards of education from the provisions of
the paid sick leave statutes.
