AN ACT ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE REGIONAL PLANNING
INCENTIVE ACCOUNT TO EACH REGIONAL COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS FOR THE HIRING OF PERSONNEL TO FACILITATE
THE CREATION OF ADDITIONAL HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4-66k of the general statutes be amended to allocate 1
funds from the regional planning incentive account to each regional 2
council of governments to permit the hiring of personnel to provide 3
planning and housing development technical support. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allocate funds from the regional planning incentive account to each
regional council of governments to permit the hiring of personnel to
facilitate the creation of additional housing.
