AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO EVALUATE AND
RECOMMEND POLICIES TO ACHIEVE ONE HUNDRED PER CENT
VOTER PARTICIPATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That (1) a task force be established to evaluate and recommend 1
policies to achieve one hundred per cent voter participation by January 2
1, 2030, (2) such task force shall consist of policymakers, experts in 3
election administration and other community leaders, and (3) certain 4
municipalities be authorized to test various policies recommended by 5
such task force for purposes of evaluating whether such policies may be 6
expanded for state-wide use. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to evaluate and recommend policies to achieve
one hundred per cent voter participation.
