AN ACT CONCERNING UNUSED VETERAN TUITION WAIVERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 10a-77, 10a-99 and 10a-105 of the general statutes be 1
amended to allow any child of a veteran to use any tuition waiver for 2
which such veteran was eligible, but did not use. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow any child of a veteran to use tuition waivers for which such
veteran was eligible, but did not use.
