AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OF LEGAL NOTICES ON
MUNICIPAL INTERNET WEB SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
municipalities to publish legal notices on municipal Internet web sites. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to publish legal notices on municipal
Internet web sites.
