| 27 | 27 | board of commissioners of the Metropolitan District Commission to 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | adopt, administer and enforce a model code of ethics for municipalities 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | and special districts, and (4) permit commissioners from nonmember 7 | |
