AN ACT CONCERNING LOCAL CONTROL OF ZONING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to grant absolute 1
control over the regulation of zoning to municipalities. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To grant absolute control over the regulation of zoning to
municipalities.
