AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MEDICAL WAIVER PROCESS FOR
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of 1
Public Health to establish a process through which individuals may 2
request a medical waiver for any vaccination requirement in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a process through which individuals may request a medical
waiver for any vaccination requirement in the state.
