AN ACT REQUIRING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DOULA -FRIENDLY
POLICIES BY HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND PROVIDERS OF
OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each health care 1
facility and provider of obstetrics and gynecology services to implement 2
doula-friendly policies. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the implementation of doula-friendly policies by health care
facilities and providers of obstetrics and gynecology services.
