AN ACT ESTABLISHING PROTOCOLS FOR THE IDENTIFICATION,
REMEDIATION AND PREVENTION OF CONTAMINATED WELL
WATER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish protocols for the 1
identification, remediation and prevention of contaminated well water. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure access to clean and safe drinking water for all residents of the
state.
