AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HOSPITAL TRUST FUND TO ADDRESS
IMPROPER MANAGEMENT OF HOSPITALS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 368v of the general statutes be amended to require 1
hospitals to pay an annual fee to a hospital trust fund established to 2
address improper management of hospitals in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To create financial and health care access stability in hospitals.
